List Sotheby’s International Realty enjoyed its most successful year to date in 2019, filled with profitable gains, new leadership, and notable realtor and staff recognitions.
“We’re proud of our impressive and high-performing team of agents who provide exceptional service and market knowledge to buyers and sellers in Hawaii,” said Fred Parr, chief executive officer of List Sotheby’s International Realty. “We closed out 2019 as our most successful year to date, and look forward to an even more profitable 2020.”
Principal Broker Brad Kaneshiro agreed, adding, “The tremendous achievements we saw this year—both fiscal and personal—are a testament to the remarkable team we’ve assembled here at List Sotheby’s International Realty. Mahalo to the Hawaii community for trusting our expertise to match extraordinary buyers to extraordinary homes.”

$13 Million Sale of Timeless Mililani Estate
One of our most significant sales of the year, the 128-acre Mililani estate boasts a rich and vibrant history in Hawaii, with its roots tracing back to its original location in Makiki. Once belonging to Alan Davis, former head trustee of Campbell Estate, the property was built at 1001 Wilder Avenue before Davis decided it was better suited for the Central Oahu countryside. The home was then moved to Mililani, where it’s now situated on a lush agricultural estate and features multiple dwellings and guest cottages, mature mango and lychee trees, a spa resort, a large equipment barn. The timeless mountain retreat also benefits from a variety of trails, streams and valleys, along with breathtaking forest and mountain views.
